At Ok-Aalu, we're dedicated to spreading joy, happiness, and surprises to your loved ones through our unique potato parcels. As POTARO is something not returnable and exchangeable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund automatically.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned parcel is received and processed by our team.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hrs hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
